Maleena’s Wildlife Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that gives aid to Virginian native wildlife that has been injured and/or orphaned. Once the animals are healthy and mature enough, they are released back into their natural habitats. Singlehandedly, I have rescued, rehabilitated, and released over 100 animals so far in 2022. I returned to college at the age of 42 to pursue my business degree with the hopes of turning this rescue into a safe haven with a name that everyone knows and trusts. My rescue is located in a very rural area so animals in need are plentiful, but my pockets are getting more shallow. Please help me in providing all the help and care I can to all the animals that are brought to me. I don’t want to turn anyone down because I can’t afford to help.
