If we normalise speaking authentically about our mental health, we'll eradicate the shame that stands between people and the help they need.

We do this by: 

• creating customised educational resources (based on research AND deep, lived experience)
• driving stigma busting campaigns
• facilitating inspiring storytelling
• building safe networks for people to speak up.

Our ultimate goal is to eradicate any shame & loneliness associated with mental health, boost human connectivity rates, and reduce suicide globally.
