We provide live therapeutic harp music for patient, families, and staff in hospitals, medical centers, and hospice care throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Our professionally trained musicians play in support of healing and recuperation, to reduce stress, and to provide a soothing and restorative atmosphere. 

We have been serving medical centers in this way since 1999. Our harpers are considered experts on using harp to create a musical reprieve from suffering and as a direct aid in palliative care. They also provide a way for patient populations, including young children, to receive the comforting presence of a live musician who is there solely for them, offering the beauty and resonance of one of the most soothing instruments in the world. 

Studies show that live harp music can lower blood pressure, promote healthy cell growth, and regulate breathing, as well as reduce physical pain. Nurses, doctors, and chaplains report that the soft tones of the harp make their work flow more easily, their shift less stressful. We rely heavily on individual donations, and your donation will go directly to supporting our ongoing work in providing comfort and healing to cancer patients, newborns, and kids in palliative care.
