Happened by Chance Horses Inc was founded in 2014, with a mission to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome, abused/abandoned/neglected horses.  Named and founded after my special needs son, Chance, we continue to give horses with the most special of needs and care, the "chance" to recover, rehabilitate and find placement in forever caring homes.  Horses we are not able to place are offered sanctuary here at the rescue to live out the remainder of their life in peace and continual care.  We are known for the extreme cases we will accept when others can't or won't.  We are the go to rescue from several local law enforcement agencies when horses have to be seized from other human's care.  We are contacted frequently on off the track thoroughbred saves when the horses racing career is over.  More times than not, these horses come in emaciated and with injuries sustained by racing.  We work with several national organizations to help these horses recover and transition them from poor souls to happy and healthy horses.
