Since 1987, Friends of the Clearwater has defended the public lands of the Clearwater Basin, a wild and sprawling watershed in the Northern Rockies centered in Idaho. The region is one of the most diverse, wild, and intact ecosystems in America, home to tenacious salmon, roaming grizzly bears, and ancient cedars.
FOC hopes to keep this ecosystem wild forever. Your support gives us the resources to push back on the biggest threats to the region: massive timber sales, destructive roadbuilding, and political attacks on environmental law.
