Divine missions health center

Because most families in under-reached communities can barely afford a meal, it is no surprise that healthcare is impossible to reach especially in developing countries with too few primary care providers, high infant mortality, high poverty or a high elderly population. People in these communities are at risk of many  communicable and noncommunicable diseases.

Even when an adequate supply of healthcare services exists in the community, such as the United states, there are other factors to consider in terms of healthcare access such as having the financial means to pay for healthcare services. In the US homeless people have less access to healthcare which increases reliance on emergency healthcare.

To close healthcare gaps, we advance progress in dozens of health areas in under-reached and underserved communities, from HIV/AIDS, malaria, to maternal and newborn care, sexual and reproductive health, diabetes, mental health and more. We work with volunteers which consist of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, med lab scientists, and others to provide:

· Health screening and assessment, as well as Malaria Education.

· Personal and Environmental Hygiene Education

· Physician consultation

. Mental health awareness and sensitization

· Free prescription medications

· Fixing of water systems where necessary
