Complex Care Group provides information, advice and support to families caring for a loved one with very high and complex needs. The disability may be congenital, developmental, a chronic health condition or accidental injury. Complex Care Group is a conduit between Ministry of Health and families of those with severe disabilities to help ensure supports and services best meet the needs to those with severe disabilities. We are the voice of those who do not have a voice of their own. Any funding received will be channelled into our services which directly support families supporting a member with very complex disability needs.
