Uconnect Cover Photo
This initiative is about helping the homeless, people in need to stay in touch within society, with the use of communicating devices and the basics such as pen and paper. This could be staying in touch with family and friends, paying any bills needed to pay, researching about different services they can access, reporting an incident, charging their devices, sending a letter or a card. This will be through phones, tablets, sim card serve, internet/data service, a postal service to send mail and charging stations. All of these devices will be set up on a table, for individuals within the community to sit around and use the devices and basics they need. For now we will be at Martin Place on a Tuesday from 7:30pm to around 9:00pm.
