Riding for the Disabled Association of Tasmania (RDA TAS) is an entirely voluntary, not for profit organisation whose aim is to provide horse riding and Carriage Driving to people of all ages with disabilities. RDA TAS 0perates 4 centres -from Burnie in the North West, St Helens on the east coast and two centres in the Hobart suburbs in the South - and caters for over 76 participants to enjoy safe, stimulating, healthy therapeutic activities such as:horse riding and carriage driving. We are supported by over 80 volunteers and 14 nationally accredited coaches. RDA TAS is part of a worldwide movement and is affiliated to Riding for the Disabled Association of Australia Ltd (RDAA).
