Amaris Wildlife Sanctuary is in the shire of Cranbrook and takes in orphaned and injured wildlife, mainly Western Gray Kangaroos and the Critically endangered Western Ringtail possum.These wildlife are nutured back to health and allowed to return back to the wild. Amaris is a 5 acre property surrounded by bush with plenty of room for the wildlife to roam. Amaris would like to re-vegatate some of the land and provide more natural food for wildlife in care and for the surrounding wild ones. It can be hot and dry here through the summer time and food scace for the wild population of roos that roam freely.
